Studs found, bracket levelled against the ceiling line rather than the mantel, screen set flush and tilted to where you actually sit. A 32 to 50 inch screen is $149, 55 to 74 inch is $179, 75 to 86 inch is $209. Taking an old one down is $59.99.
TV Mounting in detail

The cable goes inside the wall instead of down it. First floor is $140 with the parts included or $89 if you supply them, second floor is $110 and $69. A recessed outlet behind the screen starts at $150, with a fire safe power kit where the run needs one.
In-Wall Cord Concealment in detail

Cameras placed to close the blind spots rather than fill a box, mounted under the eave where weather and glare are manageable. Motion zones drawn so the driveway triggers and the road does not, then the app set up on your own phone. A complete system starts at $199.

Chime transformer checked first, then mounted with the right wedge for the angle of your door frame, joined to the Wi-Fi at the door rather than at the router, and pointed at the path instead of the street. One flat rate, $129.

Most installers quote on request. These are the flat and starting rates for all thirteen services. The number you read here is the number you will be quoted on the phone, and the only extra is the $75 design consultation on custom theater, network and smart hub work, which comes straight back off the invoice if you go ahead.

Living room, Middle Georgia
A fireplace wall is the hardest mount in most houses. The firebox moves the studs, the heat sets the minimum height, and the family still wants it low enough to watch from the sofa. This one went up in a decorated room at Christmas without the tree or the furniture being moved out first.

Moving week
Plenty of these jobs happen the week somebody moves in, packaging still on the floor, nobody sure yet where the furniture is going. Getting the screen and the network up first means the rest of the house gets arranged around a room that already works.

Sensor test
A security install is not finished when the hardware is on the wall. Every sensor gets walked and tested, the monitoring is activated while the owner is watching, and the keypad is handed over only once somebody in the house has used it themselves.
